Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years leading product strategy in Marketing Technology or adjacent domains
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale digital or MarTech solutions with a strong understanding of ecosystems such as CRM, CDP, personalization, data platforms, and analytics
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional teams within Agile environments and driving complex initiatives from concept to execution
  • Skilled in vendor management and building strategic external partnerships (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Adept at navigating fast-paced, evolving environments; drives innovation while managing risks and aligning product strategies with guest engagement goals

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear Marketing Technology product vision aligned with business goals, guest engagement strategies, and market trends
  • Develop and manage a multi-year product strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes, prioritized initiatives, and defined delivery timelines
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, legal, privacy, and vendor teams to drive end-to-end product development and go-to-market execution
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while guiding Agile delivery processes (e.g., scrums, sprint demos)
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, ROI, and guest satisfaction, adjusting roadmap as needed based on data and feedback
  • Continuously monitor market trends, emerging MarTech innovations, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Act as the product evangelist, championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while serving as the voice of the product to all stakeholders
