Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred
12+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years leading product strategy in Marketing Technology or adjacent domains
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale digital or MarTech solutions with a strong understanding of ecosystems such as CRM, CDP, personalization, data platforms, and analytics
Experienced in managing cross-functional teams within Agile environments and driving complex initiatives from concept to execution
Skilled in vendor management and building strategic external partnerships (preferred)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes
Adept at navigating fast-paced, evolving environments; drives innovation while managing risks and aligning product strategies with guest engagement goals
Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear Marketing Technology product vision aligned with business goals, guest engagement strategies, and market trends
Develop and manage a multi-year product strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes, prioritized initiatives, and defined delivery timelines
Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, legal, privacy, and vendor teams to drive end-to-end product development and go-to-market execution
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while guiding Agile delivery processes (e.g., scrums, sprint demos)
Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, ROI, and guest satisfaction, adjusting roadmap as needed based on data and feedback
Continuously monitor market trends, emerging MarTech innovations, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks
Act as the product evangelist, championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while serving as the voice of the product to all stakeholders
