Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in physical or life science, statistics, or an engineering discipline; a Master’s or PhD degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience is required, including at least two to three years in product management, product/solution marketing, product commercialization, or strategic consulting. Prior experience with oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics is preferred, along with experience with products delivered as laboratory services. Expertise in the Life Sciences industry is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Sr Product Manager, Oncology will develop and execute the product roadmap for Signatera products, deliver product requirements based on customer needs, manage product performance and field support needs across multiple departments, develop quantitative product performance indicators, identify business opportunities and create business cases, conduct VOC interviews and market research, support product marketing in defining product positioning, create data-based arguments and presentations, and provide updates to stakeholders. They will also collaborate with individuals and influence others across functional areas and in team environments, drive data-driven process improvement, and understand tissue sample workflows.
