Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of life science capital sales experience, demonstrated success in working with key clinical and research accounts in North Carolina, and a foundational understanding of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and genotyping. Knowledge of clinical and research applied genetics and genomics is required, along with experience in consultative and strategic selling situations and success in driving complex sales within multi-layered environments.

Responsibilities

The Senior Territory Account Manager will develop and implement territory and account-specific sales plans, execute those plans to meet assigned sales quotas, adjust plans as needed, utilize and maintain a CRM database, deliver technical/scientific seminars and presentations on Illumina products/solutions, demonstrate the relevance of the product portfolio, and proactively engage with customers to provide consultation and drive sales opportunities.
