Requirements

Candidates should possess 10-12 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B, and a demonstrated history of marketing to healthcare professionals or within the digital health space. They should be comfortable collaborating across clinical, technical, and commercial teams, and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions. Experience in partner marketing, particularly within supplement or lab ecosystems, is highly desirable, as is a background in life sciences, clinical research, functional medicine, or previous experience as a practitioner such as an ND or nutritionist.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market strategy for Clinical Science features, including protocols, diagnostics, and supplements, translating clinical insights into practitioner-ready messaging and aligning with Product and Merchandising teams to shape launches and promotion strategies. They will partner with labs and supplement brands to co-create messaging and content, using data to guide strategy, measure impact, and iterate. Furthermore, they will support clinical education content and launches as part of a broader go-to-market strategy and build positioning, messaging, and enablement materials from the ground up.
