AI agents are redefining how work gets done, and we're building the infrastructure that lets them seamlessly connect to a user’s entire tool stack.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and implement our Zapier MCP product strategy. This role sits at the critical intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise-level orchestration. You'll work directly with technical customers, shape our product roadmap, and ensure we're building solutions that are both innovative and trustworthy. You’ll report to Lisa Chapello, Head of AI Platform.

• Lead MCP product development: Define and execute the product roadmap for Zapier's MCP Server, enabling third-party AI agents to seamlessly connect with Zapier's ecosystem of 8,000+ apps.
• Interface with technical customers: Work directly with developers, AI companies, and enterprise customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritize features that drive adoption and satisfaction.
