Requirements

Responsibilities

The Principal Inbound Product Manager will guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform, aligning with business and user needs. They will stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies, offering research-based recommendations to product leadership. Responsibilities include rapidly designing and prototyping technical solutions using AI frameworks, partnering with engineering, design, and AI research teams to co-develop and launch innovative proof of concepts. The role involves clearly presenting PoC solutions to customers and internal stakeholders, gathering feedback, and iterating for continuous improvement. Engaging directly with customers to co-create solutions and define success metrics (KPIs) for tracking outcomes are also key duties.
