Requirements

Candidates must possess 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with engineering teams. Experience in product management for large-scale mobile digital consumer products is essential, alongside very strong critical thinking and analysis skills. The role requires excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and the ability to define and share strategy, along with experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and design. A passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager will drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention by developing data-driven strategies to accelerate growth across the user funnel. Responsibilities include distilling complex problems into a prioritized roadmap, designing and running A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize conversion rates and user flows, and leveraging analytics, user research, and market insights to identify growth opportunities. The role involves leading a growth-focused squad comprising engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions and collaborating with marketing and business development teams on integrated growth strategies.
