Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, and experience designing for pricing, billing, or growth spaces. They should be familiar with subscription models, pricing flows, usage management, and billing systems, and possess a growth design mindset incorporating experimentation and iteration. Strong understanding of UX, business logic, and technical feasibility is required, along with experience leading end-to-end projects and partnering deeply across product and engineering.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will own the design for Zapier’s pricing and plan UX, leading design across pricing tables, trial mechanics, usage thresholds, and upgrade/downgrade flows. They will translate business strategy into user-centered patterns, collaborating with product, engineering, finance, support, and GTM to transform complex pricing models into clear purchase journeys. The role also involves driving monetization through research and experimentation, using customer research and data to uncover opportunities and remove friction, and experimenting with new workflows and AI tools to design better experiences.
