Zapier is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of its pricing, packaging, and plan management experiences. This role is within the Revenue Zone team, which focuses on helping customers explore plans, start trials, manage usage, and handle billing as they grow. This is a high-impact position where the designs will influence how millions of users understand Zapier's value and choose to pay for and scale with the platform. The work will shape the experience of evaluating plans, upgrading/downgrading, and managing spend with clarity and confidence. The designer will report to the Director of Product Design for Growth & Revenue and collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market partners. This is an opportunity to design in a space that intersects clarity, UX systems, and monetization strategy.

About You

  • Experience: 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience designing for pricing, billing, or growth spaces, including subscription models, pricing flows, usage management, or billing systems. Ability to discuss associated tradeoffs.
  • Mindset: Growth design mindset with a focus on experimentation and iteration.
  • Balancing Act: Ability to balance UX, business logic, and technical feasibility. Experience in systems where design impacts revenue and trust. Understanding of how plan decisions affect self-serve and enterprise users and how to simplify complexity.
  • Ownership & Strategy: Ability to bring structure, strategy, and ownership to end-to-end projects, from problem definition to final UI. Proactive in shaping direction and defining processes.
  • Collaboration: Strong experience working in close EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) trios, negotiating tradeoffs, influencing roadmaps, and building collaborative relationships with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
  • AI Proficiency: Fluency in using AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, v0, Cursor, ChatGPT) to enhance design workflows and a willingness to experiment and share learnings.

Things You’ll Do

  • Own Pricing & Plan UX: Lead the design for Zapier's pricing tables, trial mechanics, usage thresholds, upgrade/downgrade flows, and other related experiences.
  • Translate Strategy to UX: Work with product, engineering, finance, support, and GTM teams to translate complex pricing models into clear, user-centered purchase journeys that reduce customer decision fatigue.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Partner with Product Managers to shape roadmaps, prototype rapidly, and deliver high-impact user experiences efficiently.
  • Drive Monetization: Utilize customer research and data to identify monetization opportunities and remove friction from the customer journey.
