Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain, or near completion
Minimum of 2 years of experience in master data transactions, procurement, shared services, finance, or supply chain
Advanced knowledge in SAP
Fluency in English at an advanced level
Intermediate knowledge in Power BI
Basic level of Portuguese (desirable)
Demonstrated clear communication skills and good presentation skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new programs and processes
Understanding of Procure to Payment procedures, including purchase requisition, purchase order, and payment
Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

Perform strategic purchases for the supply chain (domestic transportation, warehousing, and logistics equipment such as pallets)
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best purchase conditions
Handle negotiations for routes, prices, and complete price breakdown (variable and fixed components)
Manage stakeholders and Supplier Relationship Management
Generate purchase reports and analysis for decision-making
