Requirements

The Sr. Principal Product Manager, Growth requires 7+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on growth and product adoption, a proven track record of successfully implementing product-led growth strategies, a deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making, experience with user research methodologies, strong analytical skills, fluency in core SaaS metrics, excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

This role involves owning Self-Serve Activation & Engagement, identifying growth opportunities through data analysis and market research, developing and testing hypotheses through A/B experiments, analyzing experiment results and iterating on product experiences to maximize conversion rates and user engagement, conducting customer research initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, and User Research, monitoring key metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, and staying ahead of the curve on product-led growth best practices and technologies.
