Candidates should possess familiarity with the specific needs, challenges, and regulatory requirements of state, local, and education organizations, along with 7 years’ experience in presales, experience managing presales teams as 1st line management, and a thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices. Strong experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling, and a deep experience with the US market and experience selling and gaining access to customers’ senior management is required.
This role involves ensuring Solution Consultants demonstrate relevance to customers, fully discover customer business and technical problems, deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations, execute proofs of concept successfully, comprehend and document business value, and ensure customer commitment to the ServiceNow solution. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will develop team members, maintain a recruiting pipeline, work with regional sales managers to prioritize efforts, assign resources to sales opportunities, develop and deploy team training curriculums, evaluate team members, manage resource scheduling, and review expenses.
