Candidates must have over 5 years of experience managing enterprise mobile devices and applications, with strong expertise in Workspace ONE UEM. Advanced knowledge of the Omnissa Workspace ONE platform and its components is required, along with in-depth knowledge of iOS and Android enterprise mobility features. Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Google Enterprise, and their integration into Workspace ONE is also necessary, as is a deep understanding of MDM and MAM policies, including security hardening, user profiles, and certificate-based authentication. A Workspace ONE Admin certification is a plus.
The Sr. MDM Engineer will lead the implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management of Workspace ONE UEM for the company's mobile device fleet, including policy enforcement, profile management, and compliance monitoring. They will design and maintain policies for device encryption, passcode enforcement, remote wipe, app whitelisting/blacklisting, and conditional access across iOS, Android, and other supported devices. Responsibilities also include packaging, deploying, and managing mobile applications using Workspace ONE’s MAM capabilities, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for mobile device and application issues, and ensuring seamless onboarding and user experience. The role involves integrating MDM with SSO, endpoint detection, and mobile threat defense solutions, monitoring device compliance, generating reports, and evaluating emerging MDM technologies. Additionally, the engineer will create and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and policies, and automate repetitive MDM tasks and enrollment processes.
