Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, a hands-on technical background with a consultative approach, and expertise in implementing the full software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment. Experience developing in at least one supported language (Java, .NET, Go, JS, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, Rails, iOS, or Android) is required, along with the ability to guide customers and teammates in implementing DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices. A strong sense of ownership, the ability to communicate effectively with experts from different backgrounds, build strong stakeholder relationships, and a deep curiosity about how things work are also essential.
Solutions Architects will leverage deep technical expertise and a consultative approach to understand customer needs, gather requirements, and influence key decisions. They will lead Professional Services engagements to optimize clients' software delivery processes and advise on best practices for accelerating software delivery while minimizing risk and enhancing quality. The role involves fostering technical partnerships, resolving technical obstacles, serving as a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly, and advocating for customers by conveying their feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
