A strong understanding of GM software, subscription services, and loyalty programs is necessary.
The District Manager will engage dealers through regular contacts and business reviews, building relationships to promote, support, and coach dealer staff on the benefits and profitability of GM software and subscriptions. Responsibilities include developing in-dealership training, driving adoption of products like GM Rewards and OnStar safety services, acting as a liaison between OnStar and dealerships, serving as a subject matter expert on product offerings and loyalty programs, conducting sales performance analysis, and supporting product launches and marketing efforts.
