Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess experience leading GTM systems in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry, with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, effective systems. Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, including hands-on experience with custom object design, automation flows, and integrations is required, as well as experience implementing or integrating AI-powered tools into GTM processes and analytics. Hands-on experience building internal tools using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Cursor, n8n, Firebase) is also necessary.

Responsibilities

This Sr Manager, Revenue Operations Systems will own the Revenue Systems roadmap across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, defining and maintaining a scalable architecture that connects tools, data, and workflows across the customer journey. They will act as product owner for our core GTM platforms, including Salesforce, Gong, Guru, and other tools as we scale, manage system governance, data integrity, and process consistency across tools and teams, and collaborate with Enablement to build frameworks for user feedback, change management, and adoption. Additionally, the role involves evaluating and implementing AI technologies that drive efficiency, personalization, and insight generation at scale, identifying and executing opportunities to automate, consolidate, or modernize systems.
