Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong preference for experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager of Demand Operations, you will work as a go-to business partner for Global Campaign Teams, Global Sales, and Global Sales Development organizations, focusing on optimizing the tools and processes used by the sales reps supporting day-to-day operations. This includes analyzing current Outreach.io processes, developing and implementing improvement strategies, recommending tool updates, researching industry best practices, creating documentation, and training staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing data to track the effectiveness of process improvements, generating reports, and using data insights to continuously refine and enhance processes.
