Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, demonstrating expertise in email nurture campaigns, website optimization utilizing tools such as Adobe Target, and proficiency in paid media channels including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. A foundational understanding of AI prompt writing for marketing initiatives is also required, along with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

The Demand Generation Associate will develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting both new users and existing customers, driving users through the funnel from awareness to adoption and expansion. They will lead the strategy, management, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including email nurture, website personalization, and paid channels. The role involves leveraging web optimization tools to enhance user experiences, managing and scaling AI-driven nurture flows, defining KPIs, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns for success. Furthermore, the associate will collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to create compelling messaging, and partner with Sales and SDRs to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
