Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
Minimum of ten years of experience in a similar role within a cGMP environment, preferably in a BioTech / BioPharma company
Strong technical knowledge of IT applications such as SAP, MES, LIMS, and others
Strong communication skills: assertive, with willingness to drive conversations and find common ground
Ability to build deep understanding of business challenges and processes
Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
Nice to have: Knowledge of Dutch

Responsibilities

Serve as the first contact for all business application support and needs, providing alignment, guidance, and clarity during strategic plan rollouts
Manage stakeholders: Ensure alignment across IT teams in the US, EU, and with external partners; keep stakeholders informed and focused on shared goals and responsibilities
Drive strategic implementation: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, gain deep understanding of the manufacturing environment, and help achieve key milestones
Lead project delivery: Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and validation activities across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, MES, QMS, and others
Manage direct reports (2-3): Help team members develop skills, provide clear expectations, support achievement of targets, and offer necessary support
