Requirements

15+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership
At least 7 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise applications or business systems
Deep expertise in managing core ERP and corporate business applications, with hands-on experience with Workday and/or Anaplan
Proven experience managing technology budgets, forecasting future investments, and presenting business cases to executive leadership
Strong strategic and technical acumen, with the ability to define a clear technology roadmap and make informed decisions on architecture and investments
Ability to develop talent, build high-performing teams in a remote environment, and inspire a shared vision
Ability to partner with senior-level stakeholders and business leaders to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Demonstrated experience translating enterprise strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

Define and execute a cohesive strategy and roadmap for all ERP and corporate business systems
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders in Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR to understand business needs and translate them into a technology roadmap
Lead the evaluation and implementation of new business applications and technologies
Directly manage and develop team leaders for G&A Technology and FP&A Technology
Establish a shared vision and clear standards for business systems engineering
Ensure that core ERP platforms and integrations (Workday, Anaplan) are architected and maintained
Act as the primary technology partner for corporate teams
Oversee the management of key platforms, including Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Anaplan, and related services
Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve issues across corporate departments
