Candidates need 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles), 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales (software + services a plus), proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI, experience with complex enterprise-level sales cycles, strong coaching and people leadership skills, and excellent communication skills in English and German.
The role is based ideally in the Frankfurt area or in one of our Adobe offices in Munich or Hamburg.
You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs, own Adobe’s top FSI industry accounts driving growth and retention, build value propositions, collaborate across teams to execute GTM strategy, deliver accurate forecasting, and drive customer adoption and value realization.
