Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Demand Generation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot is required, along with a deep understanding of data analytics and campaign optimization techniques. Knowledge of national and international data privacy and consent regulations is essential, as is the ability to adapt strategies to various legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager / Director of Demand Generation will own and optimize the full marketing automation lifecycle, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, and build and manage email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign workflows. They will develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with data privacy regulations, identifying alternative lead generation methods where necessary. Additionally, this role involves executing a calendar of marketing activities, leveraging content to engage target audiences and drive awareness, conversion, and long-term growth, while collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy.
