The Head of Demand Gen will own the pipeline number that drives Retool’s growth. Retool has both a robust Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-led motion, selling deals from $10K to $1M. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with experience across various marketing models and strategies, capable of creatively problem-solving for Retool’s specific needs in this growth stage. The role involves crafting a marketing and demand gen strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing leaders, driving execution to achieve pipeline goals, and building strong relationships with sales and BDR teams. Close collaboration with RevOps and Data teams is crucial to ensure effective measurement and reporting. The company seeks a results-oriented leader who champions data-driven decisions, embraces change, and possesses leadership qualities to build a high-performing team.
