The Head of Demand Generation should possess a proven track record of driving significant pipeline growth within a company with both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-led motions, particularly in a business selling deals ranging from $10,000 to $1 million. They should have experience across diverse marketing models and strategies, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt to a company's specific needs and market stage. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with sales, BDR, RevOps, and data teams to ensure effective marketing execution and data-driven decision-making.
As the Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive demand generation plan to achieve company growth targets, optimizing channel strategies for both PLG and Sales-led channels, and closely collaborating with RevOps and Data teams to implement data-driven strategies and ensure accurate funnel measurement. You will also build strong relationships with sales and BDR teams and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and proactive change management.
