Requirements

The Senior Director of Growth Marketing requires 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role, with a strong focus on customer acquisition at a transaction-based business (e-commerce, subscription services, fintech, etc.). Strong expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Social and mobile app/mobile web marketing is essential, along with a data-driven mindset and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing and optimizing a sizable marketing budget, developing and executing a data-driven acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and mobile, owning campaign performance with hourly, daily, and weekly reporting, staying ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new channels, scaling successful initiatives, leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of marketing managers, driving forecasting/reforecasting processes, and working closely with Sales and Analytics to align on growth strategies and optimize the customer funnel.
