Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment with progressive work experience

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Workable, Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar
  • Familiarity with recruitment dashboards and reporting via Power BI
  • Solid understanding of technical roles in infrastructure and development
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Familiar with remote hiring best practices
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines
  • Ability to manage Australian and US stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis prior to client discovery sessions
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Australian and US clients
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Infrastructure, Software Development, QA, Data, and Support
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit
  • Source and assess candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other boards
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding
  • Provide regular updates and talent insights to clients using Power BI recruitment dashboards
  • Mentor and manage a team of IT recruiters, setting KPIs and driving performance
  • Conduct client monthly recruitment business updates
