Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment with progressive work experience
Proficiency with recruitment platforms: LinkedIn RPS, JobStreet, Indeed
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Workable, Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar
Familiarity with recruitment dashboards and reporting via Power BI
Solid understanding of technical roles in infrastructure and development
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Familiar with remote hiring best practices
Skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines
Ability to manage Australian and US stakeholders

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market analysis prior to client discovery sessions
Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Australian and US clients
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Infrastructure, Software Development, QA, Data, and Support
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit
Source and assess candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other boards
Coordinate candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding
Provide regular updates and talent insights to clients using Power BI recruitment dashboards
Mentor and manage a team of IT recruiters, setting KPIs and driving performance
Conduct client monthly recruitment business updates
