Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in an HRBP, People Partner, or People Operations Manager role, demonstrating excellent coaching skills across all levels. Strong judgment and experience navigating sensitive employee matters, along with deep knowledge of performance management, employment law, and organizational design, are essential. Proficiency with HR systems and tools is also required.
The Employee Success Partner will serve as a coach and partner to people managers, providing guidance on team development, feedback, and performance. They will support organizational design initiatives, conduct stay and exit interviews to identify trends, and design/facilitate people manager meetings for capability building. Responsibilities also include defining and tracking employee goals, acting as a confidential advisor on interpersonal challenges, facilitating performance management processes, managing employee relations matters, and owning involuntary exit processes.
