Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and have 4-5+ years of HRBP experience, specifically supporting product and technology teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, along with the ability to analyze data and influence business decisions, is required. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, agile, able to work autonomously, and possess dynamic interpersonal skills for influencing senior leaders, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to develop and execute organizational and people strategies, focusing on the Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. This role involves evaluating organizational health using data, supporting a global product and technology team through growth and change, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to provide guidance. Responsibilities include driving performance management, designing and implementing solutions, building efficient people operations processes, collaborating with COE Partners, investigating employee concerns, resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR training, and mitigating organizational risk through compliance with regulations.
