Included Health is seeking a GTM (Go to Market) Operations Senior Manager to provide operational expertise within the Business Operations organization. This role focuses on forecasting sales performance, generating insights to accelerate growth, managing sales tooling, assisting with field incentive compensation, and evaluating third-party solutions for GTM Operations functions. It’s a highly cross-functional role working closely with Sales and Corporate Marketing to monitor sales health, generate insights, and influence effectively.
