Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sr Growth Manager will own the operations for Taptap Send in the US and EU corridors to Guatemala and other Spanish-speaking Latin American countries. Responsibilities include launching TTS within these communities, developing a comprehensive growth strategy, executing partnerships and events, setting up advertising campaigns, measuring operational efficiency and financials, managing customer CRM, providing input for customer service strategies, and collaborating with Product and Ops teams to ensure high success rates.
