Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of related work experience, with at least three years of sales and/or account management experience specifically selling into Latin America and establishing channels within the region. Fluency in Spanish is required, and the ability to identify, evaluate, and close new business through both phone and in-person interactions is essential. Experience selling SaaS software products within the last two years is also needed, as is knowledge of archiving, MDM/EMM, and messaging, which are considered a plus. Strong sales-oriented mentality, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are crucial.
The Latin America Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to penetrate target markets in Latin America, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential resellers and partners to expand the company’s reach, actively pursuing and engaging with prospects within the financial institution vertical, and driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. They will also manage new channels and accounts, qualify and close deals, adjust sales presentations based on industry and market, keep management informed through reports, and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Furthermore, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment, staying updated on industry trends, and providing excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders.
