Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and ideally have 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology stacks such as Gainsight, Hubspot, Apollo, Salesforce, and Navattic are essential. Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and methodologies is also preferred.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns focused on customer activation, expansion, retention, and acquisition. You will utilize and optimize the marketing tech stack, build robust data pipelines and insightful dashboards to monitor marketing performance, analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities, collaborate with product and product marketing teams, design and execute A/B tests, strategically manage marketing automation workflows, and own key performance metrics including CAC and LTV.
