This role will be a strategic part of the Marketing team focusing on the Public Safety Group. We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can blend strategic marketing know-how with data-driven execution capabilities. This role will sit at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and operations, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactical implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to drive customer activation, expansion, retention, and acquisition.
  • Fully utilize and optimize the marketing tech stack, including tools and automation to scale growth efforts (Gainsight, Hubspot, Apollo, Salesforce, Navattic).
  • Build robust data pipelines and insightful dashboards to monitor marketing performance, identify trends in user behavior, and share actionable insights across the organization to inform our PLG-to-SLG strategy.
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey, utilizing channels like email, paid media, and in-product advertising.
  • Collaborate with product & product marketing teams to implement growth features and product-led growth initiatives.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Strategically manage marketing automation workflows and sophisticated lead nurturing sequences, with a strong emphasis on email marketing.
  • Create data pipelines and dashboards to track marketing performance and share insights.
  • Own key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates.
