The role involves collaborating closely with vendor project managers and teams for the build, development, testing, and deployment of new ERP solutions. Effective communication with stakeholders, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance of deliverables, budget monitoring, change management, and providing post-implementation support are key duties. The role culminates in leading closure activities, including formal acceptance, handover, and post-project evaluation.
