Responsibilities

The Director of Logistics Engineering will set and execute the technical strategy for the Logistics engineering team, owning the long-term platform and product strategy for carrier integrations, internal logistics APIs, and user-facing fulfillment options. They will guide architectural decisions, drive cross-functional collaboration, and develop foundational infrastructure for various fulfillment options. Responsibilities also include building internal logistics services, leading initiatives to reduce carrier integration time, providing reporting infrastructure, and fostering a culture of technical rigor and customer-first thinking.
