The Sr. Director of Performance Marketing will lead and scale the client’s digital advertising efforts, specifically focusing on Meta advertising, by working closely with the creative team to test and scale ad campaigns while ensuring they meet efficiency goals and customer acquisition cost targets. They will develop structured processes for campaign management, optimize the entire customer journey, explore opportunities to expand into new performance channels, oversee marketing analytics and reporting, provide hands-on leadership to a high-performing team, and balance creativity, analytical rigor, and speed.
