Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and ideally have 8+ years of experience in paid media strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and experience with various paid media channels (Google Ads, Social Media, Display, etc.) are essential. Experience with marketing analytics tools and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends are also required.
As a Director of Media Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic paid media plans for clients, partnering with channel teams to execute these plans, and overseeing the measurement and optimization of paid media campaigns. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Wpromote. Additionally, you will participate in internal strategic planning and problem-solving, and contribute to the agency’s culture and development.
