Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the mobile app or creative industries. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly paid media, are essential, as is experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns. Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, and retention is required, alongside the ability to conduct A/B testing and interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
The Performance Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads to drive user acquisition and engagement, managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. They will also drive user acquisition through a data-driven approach, identifying and evaluating new channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the user onboarding funnel, and implementing ASO strategies to improve app visibility. Furthermore, the role involves managing an affiliate program, creating performance reports, and providing actionable insights to achieve acquisition goals.
