Requirements

  • University degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 20 finance professionals
  • Provide strategic financial counsel to the VP/GM
  • Coordinate financial processes to ensure compliance with USGAAP and SOX
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency
  • Oversee quarter end executive reporting and presentations, including quarterly operations and business reviews
  • Develop and present strategic insights about the business; be able to “tell the story” on what’s going on in the business
  • Implement group function initiatives across the market
  • Establish positive relationships with commercial leaders
  • Drive top line growth and achieve financial goals
  • Ensure transparency and efficiency in financial reporting
  • Support risk assessment of business decisions based on knowledge of local regulations, customers, markets
