Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level FP&A or corporate finance roles
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise-level financial strategy and influencing C-suite decisions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee consolidated financial results, ensuring clarity and transparency in business performance
  • Build a performance-driven culture through metrics, analytics, and disciplined forecasting
  • Lead business reviews with the executive team and board, synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations
  • Serve as a senior advisor to business unit and functional leaders on growth, profitability, and efficiency
  • Influence major business decisions, including pricing, portfolio strategy, and M&A evaluation
  • Integrate financial planning with operational and human capital strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A and performance management organization
  • Champion the adoption of advanced analytics and planning technologies
  • Build alignment between Finance, Operations, and Strategy functions to drive enterprise results
