Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of product management experience, a strategic mindset with the ability to define and communicate product direction, and deep fluency in financial systems, including portfolio management, investor workflows, or trading systems. Experience in enterprise fintech, B2B2C platforms, or advisor tools is a plus. They must also have proven skills in technical collaboration with engineering and data teams, experience in go-to-market alignment with commercial teams, and a strong track record as a people leader in mentoring talent and building an empowered culture.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Director of Product will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Core product, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to scaled solution with a focus on product-market fit. They will drive product excellence through scalable processes, foster innovation, and embed client research into development. Responsibilities also include partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, commercial, and services teams for solution delivery and commercialization, mentoring product managers, and staying ahead of industry trends to evolve product direction.
