Requirements

Candidates must possess strong product-specific knowledge and the ability to demonstrate the value of CDK products by answering advanced questions. They should have experience providing value training to key stakeholders and analyzing customer needs at an advanced level across multiple products or workflows. The role requires the ability to reside near a major airport in CST time zones.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Customer Success Specialist will develop productive working relationships with the CSM team, demonstrating subject matter expertise and serving as a key business partner to clients. They will discuss and demonstrate CDK product functionality and industry insights at an advanced level, compare product reporting to demonstrate improvement ratios, and provide guidance to customers to help them achieve industry standards. Responsibilities include setting product understanding and utilization benchmarks, guiding customers on best practices, completing client training and consultation, resolving advanced-level blockers, and identifying additional opportunities to improve client expansion. The specialist will also utilize training resources, provide reference documentation, participate in and lead scaled webinars, and collaborate with CSM Generalists to identify how product utilization can impact the end-to-end consumer experience. They must maintain consistent documentation of dealer engagements and stay current with automotive trends impacting CDK products.
