Candidates should possess 5 or more years of experience as a Commercial Account Executive within the IT industry, demonstrating a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage executive-level client relationships. They must also have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, and be located in the Austin Metro FD21 area.
The Commercial Account Executive will generate new business sales revenue from software licenses within customers with 1,000 to 5,000 employees, developing and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, partnering with the marketing team to initiate growth plans, qualifying prospects, arranging product demonstrations, leading ongoing account management, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers regarding ServiceNow’s impact on their IT roadmap.
