Up to 50% travel annually may be required.
The Sr. Business Process Consultant will act as a functional and process expert for Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay solutions, guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements. This role involves driving process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis through workshops, leading customers to leverage standard ServiceNow capabilities, and owning the lifecycle of user stories from draft to completion. Responsibilities also include supporting unit testing, driving customer testing, preparing customer-facing deliverables, juggling multiple projects, promoting continuous improvement, supporting sales activities, and providing training and mentoring to other team members.
