The Role

Minted is seeking a proactive, data-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our rapidly growing Wholesale Supply Chain team. This individual is responsible for analyzing operational data, managing purchasing and inventory, driving continuous improvement and reporting key information to internal and external partners to help grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage purchasing and inventory allocation for Wholesale Greeting Card program
  • Design and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies that improve accuracy, availability, and efficiency across the Wholesale channel
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase overall operational efficiency
  • Analyze weekly in-stock data, work both internally and externally with 3rd party partners to achieve in-stock goals
  • Project SKU-store level demand for both Everyday and Seasonal programs within our wholesale Greeting Cards business
  • Develop and implement accurate, scalable reporting for performance metrics across our Wholesale Greeting Card supply chain
  • Drive contract and cost negotiations with external Wholesale partners
  • Support the launch and execution of new Wholesale programs and partners by delivering partner requirements, such as item set up, testing, and audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
  • 3-5 years experience working in demand planning, supply planning and/or inventory management
  • Experience working with large sets of data and information with the ability to deliver actionable insights
  • Strong expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
  • Prior people management experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation

Geo Base Full Salary Range 2 - Includes CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OR, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA: $89,080 - $116,918 Geo Base Full Salary Range 3 - Includes AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, WI, WV, WY: $81,744 - $107,289

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated job responsibilities, and/or other business or organizational needs. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and stock options.
