Requirements

Candidates must have a BA/BS or equivalent with over 5 years of HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment, emphasizing high quality and creative technical solutions. A deep knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio (with strong XSLT skills), Workday Extend, APIs (SOAP and REST), EIB/XSLT, and Core Connector is required. Experience building and maintaining API and RAAS integrations between Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Developer will design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal/external systems using various Workday technologies. They will analyze and update integration processes to enhance business workflows, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and communicate with business partners and vendors. The role also involves developing integration reports, managing integration schedules, regression testing, evaluating technical requests, and independently driving technical projects while coordinating across multiple teams.
