Requirements

Candidates should possess a senior level functional knowledge of assigned application technology, and be able to interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests. They should also be able to translate business requirements into product-specific designs and specifications, detailed requirement specifications and use cases, and deliver functional specifications, design documents, and business process workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

This Sr Business Analyst will work under the direction of the Manager to provide application solutions for assigned business areas, serve as a liaison between application technology vendors, internal IS groups, and business users, and deliver business process workflow and related design documentation for new development projects and/or enhancement and modification requests. They will also translate business requirements into product-specific designs and configurations, provide formal training and documentation, ensure programs meet business specifications, demonstrate new functionality to business users, review vendor documentation, participate in user focus groups and requirements workshops, assist in activations and rollouts, and work with the support team to diagnose and resolve client questions or problems.
