Requirements

Strong analytical skills are necessary to analyze territory sales data and technical information, along with the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team. Experience working with SFDC CRM is also required.

Responsibilities

The BioProduction Account Manager is responsible for selling Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Bioproduction product portfolio, including Single-Use Technologies, Cell Culture, Purification, Pharma Analytics, and Production Chemicals within the assigned territory. This involves working independently on daily activities according to a sales activity plan, engaging technical sales specialists, and coordinating custom projects across various functional groups. The role includes maintaining the present customer base, actively developing new process opportunities, meeting sales quotas and expense targets, employing effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques, and driving growth through territory and account planning. Weekly discussions with the sales manager are expected to review territory activity and resolve sales situations.
