Responsibilities

The Field Membership Specialist is responsible for supporting and driving membership efforts and results for assigned regions and clubs. They will spend dedicated time and attention with operational leadership to directly influence the drive for optimum member experience and membership performance. In conjunction with the Field Membership Manager, they will identify areas of opportunity and/or priority. The specialist will coordinate and schedule visits based on role protocol, club opportunities, and business needs. They will also reinforce membership policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. This role involves teaching, coaching, and leading through the club-level training process, supporting team member engagement, and driving a culture of development, strategic thinking, and ethical decision-making. The specialist will ensure a safe and positive environment for team members and members, embrace inclusion and diversity, and acknowledge team member success. They will also guarantee service excellence through all points of contact, set service standard expectations for team members, and provide team support and empowerment to resolve member concerns. A daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is accurate, and the club is clean and organized are also key responsibilities.
