Requirements

Candidates must possess 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as a Level 3 engineer, and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. Essential technical skills include extensive knowledge of Windows Server OS and desktop environments, proficiency in MS Exchange protocols, experience with Exchange Hybrid Configurations and Azure AD Connect, in-depth understanding of Office 365 features like DKIM, DMARC, transport rules, DLP, and retention policies, knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and Microsoft Teams troubleshooting, advanced capabilities in PowerShell, MFCMapi, IDFix, and diagnostic utilities, experience with ADFS Single Sign-On and Exchange backup/restoration tools, and a strong grasp of network protocols and DNS mail traffic flows. Microsoft certifications for Office 365 workloads are considered a plus, alongside excellent communication, customer handling, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

The role involves the implementation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Exchange on-premise and Office 365 services, including daily administration of MS Exchange versions and on-premise infrastructure, providing advanced support for Exchange Online services, configuring and troubleshooting remote email access, managing anti-SPAM products and Enterprise Vault Servers, architecting and implementing solutions using Office 365 services, handling Tier 3 operations, troubleshooting advanced Office 365 issues using PowerShell and diagnostic tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve global technical issues, monitoring system performance, executing projects for Office 365 migrations and improvements, and providing detailed reporting on Office 365 tasks.
