Responsibilities

The M365 AI Documentation Program Manager Consultant will define and drive processes for creating and maintaining AI-powered technical documentation at scale for a large enterprise. This includes developing and implementing scalable processes for gathering inputs, leveraging AI technologies to design prompts and workflows, and authoring/revising technical documentation. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating and improving documentation processes, monitoring quality standards, facilitating early-stage reviews, creating systems for documentation management, analyzing performance metrics, and championing best practices.
