Senior (5 to 8 years)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field, coupled with 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain. A minimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience and experience with one full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment) are required. Additionally, 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience and MB300 or MB330 certification are necessary.
The consultant will troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 ERP application, taking ownership from initiation to resolution. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management modules, as well as other modules and basic Dynamics 365 ERP functionality. The role also involves improving operational metrics, developing business cases, performance measurement, monitoring and triaging support cases, delivering high-quality solutions, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and developing whitepapers, best practice knowledge bases, and articles. Proactive services will be created and delivered using new features or common repetitive areas.
