Process simple and complex maintenance activities within set procedures/guidelines
Safekeep all original trust documents, wills, sundries, and family business files
Perform annual physical inventory of all sundry assets on record
Provide ancillary services such as tax cost report mailing, product changes, IM fee payments, asset restrictions, imaging, etc
Deliver middle office services to Wealth Management and Institutional client servicing teams
Facilitate activities to validate documentation, open and setup new accounts, transition assets, implement product solutions, and setup global markets (ensuring timely and efficient completion)
Interact with internal partner groups, external parties, or clients to resolve issues and requests
Identify and resolve more complex problems within established guidelines
Carry out activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
Interact directly with committees and/or Senior Management as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert to junior level employees
Deliver high-quality work product requiring less revision and facilitate discussions to reach decisions
